1. Pre-Order Processing Time: Pre-order items will require a processing time of up to 4–6 weeks from the date of purchase. This allows us to produce or source your items with care and attention to detail.

2. Premade (In-Stock) Items: Premade items that are in stock will typically ship within 3–5 business days after purchase. These items do not require extended processing time and will be shipped using the method selected at checkout. If your order includes both pre-order and premade items, we may ship them together once all items are ready, unless you request separate shipments.

3. Estimated Shipping Time: Following the processing period, your order will be shipped using the shipping method you selected during checkout. The estimated shipping time will vary based on your location and the chosen shipping method. Please allow additional time for delivery.

4. Order Consolidation: If your pre-order contains multiple items, we may consolidate them into a single shipment to streamline the shipping process and reduce environmental impact. However, if you prefer separate shipments, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

5. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking: Once your pre-order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. This will enable you to track the progress of your delivery and estimate its arrival.

6. Delays and Updates: While we strive to meet our estimated shipping times, unforeseen circumstances such as production delays or carrier issues may arise. If there are any significant delays with your pre-order, we will promptly notify you via email with updated information.

7. International Shipping: For international pre-orders, please note that customs clearance procedures may cause additional delays beyond our control. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.

8. Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delivery issues. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

9. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates will be calculated based on the total weight of your order and the shipping destination. You can review the shipping costs during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.

10. Lost or Damaged Packages: We regret to inform you that we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been shipped. Once the package leaves our facility, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues that may arise during transit.

11. Refunds and Returns: We do not accept refunds or returns for pre-order items. All sales are final. Please carefully review product details and sizing information before placing your order.
